The Operations committee shall support the
ministries of this congregation by managing the
property and personnel matters of the
congregation.
 

More specifically, this committee will maintain and manage
real property and manage staff per established guidelines.  
This committee will also facilitate the budget process, work
closely with the Treasurer and regularly review insurance
needs.

As a committee it is our responsibility to see that Bethesda
Lutheran Church has a well maintained “brick and mortar”
operating infrastructure.  The Personnel Committee, a sub
committee of the Operations Committee oversees the
staffing needs of our church.
